The Rotary Club of Hitchin will be holding their annual Christmas Carol Service in the Market Place, Hitchin on Wednesday 20th December at 8:00pm. This service is now a local tradition having been held for approximately fifty years. Apart from giving the local citizens the chance to enjoy singing the familiar carols in company with friends and family, it is a chance to contribute to the welfare of deprived local children by donating to the collection that will be taken during the service. This service is conducted by the Vicar of Hitchin, supported by the choir of St. Mary’s Church, and the well-known and respected Hitchin Town Band. There will be a hot toddy stall to reinforce the pleasure of the event. Please support and add to the success of the service.
