Kay is our New Homes Sales Director and has had over 15 years' experience in both new homes and residential sales. She is responsible for the management, co-ordination and control of all of our New Homes sites across Hertfordshire. Tamzin is a bright, enthusiastic and experienced member of the Putterills team and has been with us for over 5 years. She deals with the new homes market, as well as sales progression and her diligent and friendly approach has helped smooth many difficult transactions. She has moved over to a full-time role within the New Homes sales team, supporting Kay Sheppard by managing specific developments.

Emma joined Putterills in 2003 and has gained a wealth of experience in across both sales and lettings over the years. She is highly motivated and takes pride in paying close attention to detail and providing excellent customer service to all our clients. She joined the New Homes team in July 2016 and now assists Kay Sheppard in all aspects of the sales and marketing of our new homes developments.

Vaughn completed a degree in Property Planning & Development at Kingston University. He then went on to start his career in agency with a company in North London. Vaughn joined Putterills’ Land team in March 2017 and recently passed his RICS professional examination in June 2021 – Vaughn is now a fully qualified Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
