Lucy was an original member of the Putterills team when the first branch opened in 1992 in Welwyn Garden City. She then moved to the Knebworth branch before taking a career break to raise her family. Having returned to the Knebworth branch several years ago, Lucy is an experienced valuer and negotiator. As Branch Manager, she is dedicated to providing a proactive, reliable and trustworthy service where integrity is key and to making sure her staff are happy in their work and motivated to achieve.

Carly became a member of our team at Putterills Knebworth after she purchased her family home via us some years ago! It was soon clear that she would be the best kind of estate agent; friendly, enthusiastic, dedicated and above all with a drive to do the very best for our sellers. Unsurprisingly she gained promotion to the role of Valuer. Her enthusiastic and sunny nature means that she is always proactive, approachable and much liked by our sellers. Having lived in Knebworth for the last 20 years, Vanessa also has a great knowledge of the area and the local community.

Carrie conducts the vast majority of our accompanied viewings and is excellent at communicating with our clients and buyers. Keeping our sellers regularly updated with viewing feedback and promoting their homes on all our social media platforms, Carrie is a well-liked and conscientious individual who began her career with us after selling her family home in Knebworth. Everything 'interior' is Carrie's department - she has recently extended and completely refurbished her current home and has a great number of building and decorating contacts.

Jennifer joined the team back in 2014 as a weekend viewings assistant, but her enthusiasm for 'all things property' and excellent organisation skills quickly landed her the role of company secretary. Jennifer also works alongside her colleague Carrie to assist with accompanying property visits and viewings - she likes to see the properties that Putterills are selling in order to be able to use her selling skills efficiently when speaking with potential buyer enquiries.

The Area

Knebworth village lies between the towns of Stevenage to the north and Welwyn Garden City to the south. Close by, and more rural, Old Knebworth is home to the historical Knebworth House that stands in a breathtaking country park with picnic areas and many other facilities, which together with the house, are open to the public. It has been the venue for many music concerts over the years including Robbie Williams and Oasis.

Knebworth’s busy high street has shops that adequately cater for daily needs and includes a chemist, post office, library, doctors' surgery, dentists, Cooperative general store, well regarded junior/mixed infant school, churches and a recreational ground with tennis courts, bowling green and childrens’ play area. On the village outskirts is Knebworth's private members Golf Club and a fitness centre with gymnasium and pool facilities.

Town centres are within short driving distance and London is easily accessible by road via the A1(M), or the mainline rail link (Kings Cross approx 32 minutes)
