Many sellers are turning back to conventional high street estate agents. It’s very easy to get sucked in to the appeal of a low cost, often internet-only listing service, but many sellers now realise that these outfits have little incentive to sell your home as they have already been paid and other services, such as accompanying viewings, are an expensive extra!
