Last nights announcement that Estate Agents can now re open was a surprise to us all, having been told on Monday this would not be possible before the 1st June.
However, we are delighted to be able to open again and are aiming to have all Putterills offices re open tomorrow ( Thursday 14th May,) though some will be working reduced hours and with lower staff levels to ensure safe distancing.
As per the Governments new guidelines, anybody wishing to attend an office must do so by appointment.
There are new guidelines for applicants wishing to view properties and requirements for sellers allowing people to view their homes. Putterills will circulate these guidelines once we have received the final versions.
We are delighted to be able to re open. We have a long list of both potential buyers wishing to view properties, as well as many potential sellers awaiting valuations and to list their properties for sale or to let. Please bear with us as we work through this backlog but we will do our utmost to restore full normal working as soon as we can.
