As the holiday season draws to a close and the children return to school, the property market is also waking up from its Summer break!
For many of our Putterills offices, August was busier than expected. Encouragingly, in just the first few days of September, we are seeing more potential buyers registering, an increase in the number of valuations we are carrying out and slowly but surely, more property coming to the market.
It’s going to be a busy Autumn for our New Homes team as we have a number of very exciting new developments launching over the coming few weeks. These include fabulous apartments both in the centre of Hitchin and close to the station, houses in the popular hamlet of Langley, village homes backing onto fields in Colney Heath and a development of houses for the over 55s on the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire border - to name but a few!
The Government’s Help to Buy scheme is assisting many buyers with an interest-free deposit loan of up to 20% on some new homes. Why not ask our team for details?
