Full Time Valuer / Senior Negotiator - Knebworth

Putterills Knebworth are seeking an experienced Valuer / Senior Negotiator to join their hard-working, caring, and close-knit team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who works with integrity, thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role and who always looks to provide the best service possible.

As a Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting thorough property assessments, analysing market trends, and providing accurate, well-researched market appraisals that also guide clients through the Putterills selling and buying process.  You will be excellent at building and maintaining positive relations with both clients and buyers.

As Senior Negotiator your expertise in navigating complex negotiations will be invaluable as you work closely with both buyers and sellers to secure the best possible outcomes.

Hours:  Monday to Friday 9:00  – 17:00 with an hour for lunch

1-in-5 – Saturdays: 9.00 – 17.00 (with a day off in the week)
