VENDOR COMMENTS

I purchased the property due to its great location on the West Side for the ease of walking to town and as it is within the catchment area of two of the best primary schools in the area. Secretly, I chose it due to the extra parcel of land at the bottom of the garden which was like a secret garden. I knew my daughter would have many years of delightful play whilst being completely safe!. I have loved living here over the past 16 years and whilst it is near the centre of town, it has always felt like more of a retreat; less urban due to its location to Sherrardswood, which our dog adores. It's a wonderfully warm and inviting house with great memories. I have always felt lucky living in this wonderful home. Our family is grown up now so its time for us to move on to new ventures...
