VENDOR COMMENTS

We first moved here eight years ago after searching for a family home on the West Side for about two years. We were instantly charmed by the gardens but quickly realised to make it child friendly we had to do some extensive gardening which included the removal of ten trees and a transmitter tower! The actual house itself, I loved the French windows with the seated bay in the lounge leading into the garden (these are always open when the sun is out) and the family room we knew would be ideal to keep all the toys, etc in, again with a beautiful seated bay. The area we have happily lived in is very sociable, the street parties are particularly legendary! I know all of our neighbours and there is a tremendous community feel. We have loved every step of the extensive renovations we carried out and took great satisfaction with retaining a lot of the traditional features of the West Side style while putting a modern twist in.
