We primarily purchased this property because of its secluded position down a gravel drive with just three houses. The property faces directly onto a green amenity area with blossom trees, mature trees and hedges and gives a most tranquil outlook with birds and squirrels. At the start of Sylvandale there is access to the woods where we have enjoyed many walks. In the rear garden, we are not overlooked. This is a family house which we will be sorry to leave but the time has come for us to downsize now the children have moved on. We have enjoyed excellent relationships with our neighbours. Sylvandale is one of the most charming roads we have ever lived in and in the spring time, the blossom trees and daffodils are a sight to behold.
