We have lived here for 11 years and have been very happy. It's a lovely quiet close with friendly people. We are only moving due to change in location. The walk to Welwyn north station is just 10 minutes. You can walk into town in 20 minute which is a very pretty walk. Due to the fields at the back you have great views and it's very quiet. Within walking distance is Sherrardspark Wood which is fields and forest great for a walk. There is plenty of parking outside the house but the driveway at the side is also very handy.
