Peak Fitness Centre is holding a Strongman/Strongwoman competition to raise funds for Garden House Hospice Care. The competition will be open to men and women and will be based on weight classes so you can be sure you are in a fair competition. The entry fee is £10 per participant and you will be competing in all the classic strongman events like Van/Lorry Pull, The Yolk, The Tyre Flip, Powerlifting and more fun events.

All profits from the day will go directly to the local hospice to aid them in the amazing work that the do for the community that we are all a part of.
