Yesterday’s budget was fantastic news for first time buyers with the Chancellor scrapping stamp duty on purchases up to £300,000. This creates a saving of up to £5000.
There is some speculation that this incentive might push up prices at this level, so our recommendation is for first time buyers to act quickly, especially during the normally quieter Christmas period.
