We can help with achieving a planning consent. We work with first class architects, planning and highways consultants. With our background in residential and commercial development, we are ideally placed to look after your interests and provide an up-to date commercial perspective on the market, product and specification.
If a planning consent is already in place, Putterill's can undertake a full marketing campaign, or a 'lower profile' direct presentation to the hundreds of potential purchasers already on our database.
Alternatively, we can also negotiate an Option Agreement or Conditional Contract on your behalf. This means that the prospective purchaser deals with design and planning matters and the associated costs, in return for an exclusive right to purchase from you when planning approval is achieved.
When appropriate, we can act for the purchaser by introducing them to the land and/or buildings, either with a view to an outright, unconditional purchase, or negotiating a mutually beneficial Option Agreement or Conditional Contract. Under these circumstances, it is the purchaser that pays Putterill's fee.
