Home Information Packs [HIP's] are now compulsory for properties with four or more bedrooms that come onto the market for sale after 1st. August.

The packs contain an Index, Terms of Sale, Title Documents, Local Authority and Water Searches and an Energy Performance Certificate.

The HIP must be commissioned before the property comes onto the market and must be made available to the purchaser before exchange of contracts takes place.

This is very straightforward and we will be pleased to arrange the HIP on your behalf through our appointed HIP Providers. Please contact your local Putterills office and we will do all that we can to make HIP’s provision as simple as possible.
