Whenever possible, we prefer to be involved from the instigation of a scheme to undertake development appraisals and advise on most appropriate house types and product mix, specification, which local schemes will represent competition and the performance of current and recent development sites drawing information from our Competition Database. This key information helps us to predict realistic sales rates and better advise on the strategy to maximise sales revenues within acceptable timescales.
