The Team at Putterills Land and New Homes Department creates tailor-made packages for each of our Developer Clients, whether we are selling three properties on their behalf, or a hundred or more.

Whenever possible, we prefer to be involved from the instigation of a scheme to undertake development appraisals and advise on most appropriate house types and product mix, specification, which local schemes will represent competition and the performance of current and recent development sites drawing information from our Competition  Database. This key information helps us to predict realistic sales rates and better advise on the strategy to maximise sales revenues within acceptable timescales.

We act for local and regional builders and developers through to the major national house builders. To date, some of our Clients have been Charles Church, Taylor Wimpey, Bellway, Nicholas King Homes, Linden  Homes, Hill Partnerships, Ashwell Homes, Court Homes, Netherdown, Cresthaven, James Taylor Homes, and Jarvis Homes.
